Sales Tax

Diamond Carat Weight
Bailey Banks and Biddle uses an average diamond carat weight when describing diamonds. In compliance with the FTC guidelines for diamond carat weight descriptions the actual diamond weight purchased will not be more than 0.05 carats below the average carat weight described. Some diamond carat weights purchased may actually be more than 0.05 carats over the average.
