Placing an Order


    Can I customize my jewelry?
Baileys' Design Studio offers a unique experience so you can create the ring of your dreams. Available online, in stores, or by phone, you have instant access to hundreds of unique styles and over 20,000 of the world's finest quality diamonds, all at incredible prices.


    What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also use your PayPal account.


    Can I pay with my debit card?
Yes, if your debit card has a VISA or MasterCard logo on it, you can use it just like a credit card.  When you're ready to checkout, simply choose Credit Card as your payment method.


    Where do you ship?
We ship to physical addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes. APO/FPO shipments are via USPS and may take longer to arrive.


    May I ship to a different address?
We will ship to an address that differs from your credit card billing address in most circumstances. This is a common request by customers who wish to place an order as a gift or who want to receive their order at a work address, or who have recently moved. Please note that we will require you to have an alternate shipping address on file with your credit card issuing bank. Signatures are required for all deliveries.


    Do you offer express shipping?
Orders less than $1000 automatically receive free 2-day FedEx shipping. These orders can be upgraded to overnight shipping for an additional $10 fee. Orders that are over $1000 automatically receive free overnight FedEx shipping. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries.


    When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items that don't require sizing typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, pending credit card authorization. Note: All orders are subject to clearing credit card authorization before shipping.


    How do I know if my order has shipped and can I track it?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking information. You may login to My Account to check your order status.


    How long will my order take to arrive?
In-Stock items typically are processed within 1-2 business days, pending credit card verification. Orders with ring sizing (ordered in a size other than the standard size) will take an additional day. Orders less than $1000 automatically receive free 2-day FedEx shipping. These orders can be upgraded to overnight shipping for an additional $10 fee. Orders that are over $1000 automatically receive free overnight FedEx shipping.


    Can I order by mail?
Orders can only be submitted through our website or in-store. If you would like assistance from our team of professionals, you may contact our Customer Service for help in placing an order.


    May I order by phone?
Yes, you may select product online, including designing a ring using Bailey's Design Studio and save it in My Account. You may then call Customer Service at 800-651-4222 to complete your order by phone. Saved items remain in your cart for 7 days.


    Does Bailey Banks & Biddle have a print catalog?
Yes. If you live in the United States, we will be happy to send you catalogs and notification of in-store events. Please Sign Up for our email and you will be added to our mailing list.


    Does Bailey Banks & Biddle offer wholesale pricing?
We do not offer wholesale pricing, however, you will find our online pricing to be among the lowest in the industry.


My Order


    Will my order include sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated on orders shipped to addresses in Texas, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Florida, California and Arkansas. Sales tax in these states may vary based on the package delivery destination.


    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Changes to an order can usually be made the same day the order is placed. If you need to change your order, please contact our Customer Service by email or at 1-800-651-4222.


    When will my backorder or pre-order arrive?
Online items are not available for pre-order. All items on completed via online orders are in-stock, with the exception of the 20,000 Baileys' Design Studio configurations. In the unlikely event your exact ring is not immediately available, you will be contacted via phone within one business day.


    What if my order never arrived?
Login in to My Account to check your order status. The email you received upon shipment of your order will contain your Fed Ex tracking number. If the tracking information shows a status of "Delivered" or you cannot determine the delivery status of your order, please contact Customer Service by email or at 1-800-651-4222.


    What if an item is missing from my order?
If your ordered more than one item on the same order, it is possible one item may have been shipped from one of our stores.
In the event of separate shipments, your packing list will note that the missing item was shipped separately. If you did not receive an item that is listed on your packing list and there is not a separate shipping notation, please contact Customer Service.


    What if I received the wrong product?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. We will be happy to exchange the incorrect item for the correct item at our expense.


    How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund under the conditions of the Return Policy. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please call Customer Service for an exchange. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for the same item only.
